At SAFE MARKE, we are committed to providing high-quality safety labels, tapes, and related products. Please review this Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom and specialized nature of many of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Custom, printed, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or produced in error.
  • Stock (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-printed labels, inserts, or tape
  • Personalized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale itemsUsed, installed, or altered products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Return Authorization Process

All eligible returns require authorization.

  1. Contact SAFE MARKE support.
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA) approval.
  3. Follow provided return instructions.
  4. Include RA number with shipment.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • SAFE MARKE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days.
  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for replacement items.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly.
